"Erica customer service and communication are top tier! I moved to GA last year and due to licensing and state ID from another state I wasn’t able to transfer Statefarm from my previous state to GA. A whole year later, she reached out to me randomly to see if I needed insurance- which I did and made the whole process simple. This is what I’m talking about. "They jacked up my insurance for no reason. It became unbearable and unreasonable how much they were trying to charge. They did not care at all and continued to try to drain me. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a company, and then made me feel like there was no way out. I didn't have traffic tickets or anything; they just kept trying to drain me. This State Farm and I'm sure others Do Not Care!!"
